What does the VIP Membership cost?

The VIP Membership is $300 per month (plus applicable tax).

There is also a one-time $300 initiation fee (plus tax), which is non-refundable.

Membership renews automatically each month.

What do I receive with my VIP Membership?

VIP Members receive:

- 30 simulator credits per billing cycle

- Up to 2 hours of simulator play per day

- Credits redeemable in 1-hour or 2-hour increments

- Maximum of 2 active future reservations at one time

- 28-day priority booking window

- 20% off private events

- All simulator time is subject to availability.

Do credits roll over?

No.

Credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Unused credits are forfeited.

Can I share my membership or credits?

No.

Memberships and credits are strictly non-transferable. Photo ID is required at check-in for every visit.

Sharing or transferring membership privileges will result in termination without refund.

How does booking work?

Reservations must be made through our online booking system.

- Members may redeem up to 2 credits per day.

- Members may hold no more than 2 active future reservations at one time.

- Simulator time begins at the scheduled reservation time.

What is the cancellation policy for reservations?

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled reservation time.

No-shows or late cancellations will result in forfeiture of allocated credits.

Can I pause or cancel my membership?

Membership requires a 30-day minimum commitment.

After the initial term:

- Membership continues month-to-month.

- 30 days written notice is required to cancel.

- Billing continues during the notice period.

- No prorated refunds are provided.

- Memberships cannot be paused.

- The initiation fee is non-refundable.

What happens if my payment fails?

Failed payments may result in immediate suspension.

Continued non-payment may result in termination of membership.

Members are responsible for keeping valid payment information on file.

Am I responsible for guests?

Yes.

Members are fully responsible for the conduct and behavior of their guests.

Members are financially responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves or their guests.

What if equipment is damaged?

Birdies utilizes high-value simulator systems and technology.

Members authorize Birdies to charge the payment method on file for repair or replacement costs resulting from damage caused by the Member or their guests.

Failure to pay damage charges may result in suspension or termination.

Is alcohol served?

Yes.

Members and guests must comply with all alcohol policies and staff instructions.

Birdies reserves the right to refuse service, remove individuals, suspend simulator access, or terminate membership for intoxication, unsafe conduct, or rule violations. No refunds will be issued in these cases.

Is there a liability waiver?

Yes.

Golf simulator use involves inherent risks. By enrolling, Members agree to assume all risks and release Birdies Golf, LLC from liability to the fullest extent permitted under Texas law.
